Description
Bolivia, through the Ministry of Environment and Water (through the Coordination Unit of the UCP-PAAP Program), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for Integrated Water Management in Urban Areas". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the execution of sanitary works.
Scope of the works
Main objective: Construction of civil works corresponding to the improvement and expansion of the sewerage system in the municipality of Tupiza.
Execution time: Estimated construction time of 490 days.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.
Evaluation criteria: Comprehensive compliance with the parameters of legal and technical capacity and financial solvency established in the Request for Bid Document.
Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.
Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The bidding documents in Spanish are available for consultation at the offices of the UCP-PAAP, for download on the SICOES portal or by request via email.
Delivery modality: Physical presentation of proposals in a sealed envelope at the headquarters of the entity in Obrajes, La Paz (without electronic reception), with a public opening ceremony in person or online.
