Description
Description of Services: We are looking for a startup/company that provides its services in Smart Waste Technologies in Latin America and the Caribbean and is willing to design and implement a pilot project to solve the challenge of Centro Ambiental Patagónico (Argentina). The Intermunicipal Public Consortium, Centro Ambiental Patagónico, provides waste treatment and landfill services to three municipalities in two different provinces in northern Patagonia, Argentina. The approximate population served is 120,000 inhabitants of the municipalities of Viedma, Carmen de Patagones, and San Javier. At present, approximately 80 tons of waste per day are managed. The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is executing the above-mentioned operation. For this operation, the IDB intends to contract consulting services described in this Request for Expressions of Interest. Expressions of interest must be delivered using the IDB Portal for Bank Executed Operations (http://beo-procurement.iadb.org/home) by December 1, 2023, 5:00 P.M. (Washington D.C. Time).
