Implementation of an Integrated Academic Management System (EMS) and a Learning Management System (LMS) in the Cloud

Description

The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Project for the Improvement of Government Control Services for Effective, Preventive and Facilitating Control of Public Management. This call for International Public Bidding (IPL), executed by the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the development and deployment of integrated educational technological solutions.

Scope of the offer
- Cloud platforms: Acquisition, configuration and implementation of an Integrated Academic Management System (EMS) and a Learning Management System (LMS) operated entirely in a Cloud environment.

- System objectives: Digitize, centralize and optimize the administration of training processes, academic monitoring and training activities managed by the institution.

- Qualification and participation requirements
Suitability criteria: The bidder must reliably prove compliance with the standards required in the Bidding Document regarding: (i) Financial Capacity, (ii) General and Specific Experience in similar services, (iii) Technical Documentary Evidence and (iv) Key Personnel qualified for the project.

- Award mechanism: In this contracting process, the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) modality will be applied. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs.

- Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
