Hiring of a specialized company to prepare executive projects and execution of works (renovation, expansion or construction)

Description

The Federative Republic of Brazil has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Social Development Program with Fiscal Sustainability of the Municipality of Porto Alegre (Portoalegre+) and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is BR-L1597 and the loan agreement is 5750/OC-BR.

The Secretariat of Planning and Strategic Affairs invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the preparation of executive projects and the execution of works for the renovation, expansion or construction of health and social infrastructures in the municipality of Porto Alegre, state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1, corresponding to two Family Clinics, six Health Units and a Specialized Rehabilitation Center, with a term of 900 days; and Lot 2, corresponding to a Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS), a Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS) and a Guardianship Council, with a term of 720 days.

The procurement will be carried out through National Public Bidding (LPN), in accordance with IDB policies. Bidders must prove experience in sanitary works with special facilities, simultaneous execution of at least four work fronts and application of environmental sustainability and climate resilience criteria, such as EDGE or equivalent. They must also submit financial statements for the last two years, legal and fiscal documentation, and prove the availability of the required technical equipment.

Bids must be physically submitted and accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Statement.
