Hiring of a consulting firm for the design and development of training programs and a certification strategy for operators and conformers of the SNA

Description

The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the investment project Improvement of the Public Supply Service of Goods, Services and Works. This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for the design of training and certification programs aimed at operators and members of the National Supply System (SNA).

Scope of the consultancy
- Human resources strategy: Development of a talent management plan focused on training and certification processes for SNA personnel.

- Equality and inclusion: Development of a strategy aimed at equal opportunities in access, retention and career development for female staff and diverse groups (indigenous population, Afro-descendants and people with disabilities).

- Gap diagnosis: Identification of the sector's training needs, disaggregated by gender and diversity variables.

- Academic design: Technical structuring of the training programs and the certification system, contemplating the support of individual consultants for academic management.

- Execution period: The maximum time established for the development of the services is 530 calendar days.

Qualification Requirements
- Legal Eligibility: Call for proposals aimed at legal entities that can demonstrate experience in similar services by submitting brochures, descriptions of previous projects and their history of contractual compliance.

- Selection method: The procedure will be carried out using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (SBCC) method, under the IDB's consulting policies.

- Technical documentation: Mandatory submission of duly completed expression of interest forms through official digital channels.
