Description
Brazil, through the Health Secretariat of the State of Bahia (SESAB), received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Strengthening of SUS in the State of Bahia - PROSUS II. The project is essential for the expansion of the service network of the Unified Health System (SUS) in Bahia, seeking to improve the population's access to quality health services and strengthen the regional hospital and outpatient infrastructure.
Scope of delivery
The project is part of the Health sector and comprises the following activities:
Civil Construction: Complete execution of the works for 02 health units in the Macro Northeast region.
Execution Time: The estimated time for the completion of the constructions is 12 months.
Infrastructure: Development of adequate physical facilities for medical and hospital care, following current technical standards.
Location: The works will be carried out in municipalities that are part of the Macro Northeast region of the state of Bahia.
Eligibility requirements
The bidding will follow the National Public Bidding (LPN) procedure with a two-envelope system (technical and financial proposal), according to IDB policies:
Technical and Financial Qualification: The detailed requirements of previous experience in health works, financial capacity and legal documentation are fully described in the notice.
Eligible Countries: The process is open to companies from all eligible IDB member countries.
Bid Guarantee: All bids must be accompanied by an Offer Maintenance Statement.
Obtaining the Notice: The documents and their attachments can be consulted and obtained directly on the official website of PROSUS II / SESAB.
Opening Process: Physical proposals must be delivered to the Administrative Center of Bahia (CAB), in Salvador, where the opening session will take place. The delivery of proposals by electronic means will not be allowed.
