Hiring of a company to carry out the construction work of 01 (one) Early Childhood Education Center – CEI – standard IV in the municipality of Assaré

The Secretariat of Social Protection of the State of Ceará, Brazil, received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Support Program for Social Reforms - PROARES III - 2nd phase. The purpose of this national public bidding is to hire a specialized company to carry out the civil works for the construction of an Early Childhood Education Center (CEI), Standard IV model, in the municipality of Assaré.

Offer Scope
Civil construction: Full execution of the engineering works for the construction of the Early Childhood Education Center (CEI).

Construction standard: Alignment with the technical and structural specifications required for the Standard IV model of the program.

Project location: The interventions and the construction site will be established in the municipality of Assaré, Ceará.

Eligibility requirements
Bid guarantee: Mandatory presentation of bid bond in the amount of R$ 80,881.03 along with the documentation.

Modality of participation: Permission to submit proposals individually or corporately, through the constitution of consortia or Joint Ventures.

Eligibility: Competition process open to all bidders from eligible IDB member countries.
