Hiring of a company to carry out the construction work of 01 (one) Early Childhood Education Center – CEI – standard IV in the municipality of Fortim

The Secretariat of Social Protection of the State of Ceará, Brazil, received funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program to Support Social Reforms - PROARES III - 2nd phase. The objective of this national public tender is to hire a specialized company to carry out the civil works of construction of a Nursery School (CEI), model IV of Standard, in the municipality of Fortim.

Scope of the offer
Civil construction: Complete execution of the engineering works for the construction of the Early Childhood Education Center (CEI).

Construction Standard: Alignment with the technical and structural specifications required for the Standard IV model of the program.

Project location: The interventions and the work will be established in the municipality of Fortim, Ceará.

Eligibility Requirements
Bid guarantee: Mandatory presentation of the bid bond for an amount of R$ 80,914.71 together with the documentation.

Modality of participation: Permission to submit proposals individually or corporately, through the constitution of consortia or joint ventures.

Eligibility: Competition process open to all bidders from eligible IDB member countries.
