Hiring a company to build UBSI - LPN 018/2026

Description

Brazil, through the Health Secretariat of the State of Bahia (SESAB), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Strengthen the SUS in the State of Bahia - PROSUS II". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed offers for the execution of public works in the health area.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Hiring a specialized company for the construction of a Basic Health Unit (UBSI).

Lead time: The estimated time for completion of the construction work is 9 months.

Eligibility requirements and conditions
Regulatory framework: The process is conducted in accordance with the National Public Bidding procedures established in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the IDB, and is open to participants from eligible countries.

Evaluation criteria: The specific technical, legal and financial qualification conditions required of bidders are detailed in the LPN notice.

Required warranty: All offers must be accompanied by the Offer Maintenance Declaration document.

Bid management and presentation
Access to the public notice: The public notice and its annexes in Portuguese can be obtained by consulting the official portal of SESAB (PROSUS II) or requested by e-mail to the bidding committee.

Delivery of proposals: Offers must be delivered in a closed envelope at the Administrative Center of Bahia (CAB), in Salvador/BA. Electronic offers will not be allowed and untimely proposals will be rejected. The physical opening will allow the face-to-face or online monitoring of representatives.
