Hire and implement competency-based management

Description

Brazil, through the State Secretariat of Finance of the State of Amapá (SEFAZ/AP), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Project for the Modernization of Fiscal Management of the State of Amapá (PROFISCO II AP)". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest.

Consultancy reach
Main objective: To map, describe and validate the organizational, managerial, technical and behavioral competencies required for the institutional performance of SEFAZ/AP.

Technical components: Identification of skills gaps, structuring of methodology for workforce sizing and construction of the Talent Board.

Institutional development: Provision of tools for decision-making in staffing, training, succession and internal recruitment, in addition to the transfer of technical knowledge to the internal team.

Qualification and experience requirements
Interested firms (individual or in association/Joint Venture) will be evaluated to compose a short list of 5 to 8 consultants, and must prove:

General experience: Contracts in mapping and process management services for public and/or private sector entities.

Specific experience: Contracts in the area of people management and workforce sizing in the public and/or private sector.

Selection and conditions
Regulatory framework: The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants financed by the IDB.

Presentation: Expressions of interest can be sent in writing or by electronic means until the deadline indicated in the notice.
