Description
The benefit is currently offered to employees in Mexico and Brazil. And by 2022 it is planned to launch the benefits programme for Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, T&T and Uruguay. The aim is to:
- Have a platform that allows employees to submit their requests for approval to receive the economic support benefit and that automatically initiates the approval process and keeps track of it according to the process and criteria established by the company.
- Ensure that the selected employee completes and signs the appropriate documentation for the reimbursement request.
- Manage the employee tuition reimbursement process in accordance with the company's pre-established criteria.
- Process payment locally in each country for employees
- Monitor reimbursements and prevent participants from exceeding the limits set in the policy
- Allow access to reports that show amount spent vs. amount approved
- Allow for cancellation of support to employees when they do not meet the objectives set out in company policies
- Have a customer service channel to resolve doubts, suggestions and/or complaints.
