Description
The Republic of El Salvador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Shock-Responsive Social Protection project in El Salvador and will use part of the proceeds to finance this contract. The operation is ES-L1159 and the loan agreement is 5785/OC-ES.
The Ministry of Finance invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the information gathering service for the impact evaluation of the program. The request for bids is ES-L1159-P00096 (publication IDB-5785OCES-P00096-SPN).
Procurement will be carried out through National Public Bidding in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB and is open to bidders from eligible countries. The evaluation and qualification requirements are set forth in Section III of the bidding document. Margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs. Bids must include a Bid Maintenance Statement and electronic submission is not permitted.
