Description

Manage an e-learning training plan for teachers, managers and supervisors through an instructional design oriented towards the understanding, use and management of the new pedagogical materials and resources that will be offered in Pre-school, Primary and Pre-medium classrooms in 2022.

Specific objectives:

- To lead the development and implementation of a general training plan in e-learning modality for Pre-school, Primary and Pre-middle school teachers articulated between the different levels. It is intended to be an innovative and effective programme.

- Develop a training plan for teachers, with the aim of strengthening the role of teachers as promoters of language, reading and writing.

- To train educational leaders and directors of educational establishments in Panama to lead the process of educational improvement and to know, understand and appropriate new pedagogical resources for pre-school, primary and middle school. In addition, it seeks to strengthen the role of supervisors, educational leaders and principals as promoters of language, reading and writing in preschool education.

- Implement a diploma course (e-learning mode) aimed at educators in schools classified as low-performing so that they can learn about, understand and appropriate new teaching resources at all levels of education, as well as providing specialised teaching strategies for educational improvement. At the same time, the training plan seeks to incorporate guidelines to strengthen leadership, pedagogical reflection and continuous improvement.
