Description
The IDB intends to hire consulting services for the feasibility study of the fund for the promotion of technological advancement provided for in article 33 of Law 2169.
The consulting services include the comprehensive structuring at the feasibility level of the fund, including the collection and analysis of background information for the creation of the fund, the sizing of the target market and cost estimation, the development of the funding strategy, the financing model , the project prioritization methodology, the transaction mechanisms, the governance of the fund, the documents required for the regulatory implementation of the fund (fundamentals of the administrative acts), the preparation of the terms of reference for the bidding of the trust. The estimated duration of the project is 22 weeks. The estimated amount of the consultancy is 250,000 USD.
