Description
The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project to improve the public supply service of goods, services and works.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance, as the executing agency, is calling for tenders for the contracting of a testing factory service for the modules of this project.
This initiative seeks to modernize the technological management of state supply through rigorous software quality controls.
The service focuses on ensuring the quality of the tools developed under the software factory modality, specifically for transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management (WMS) and real estate management. The consultancy will ensure that the implemented modules operate under international standards of efficiency and safety.
To participate in this process, firms must meet demanding technical and experience criteria:
- CMMI Certification: The provider must have a current CMMI Level 3 certification or higher.
- General Experience: Prove a minimum cumulative turnover of S/ 5,000,000.00 in information technology services during the last ten years.
- Specific Experience: Prove a minimum cumulative turnover of S/ 3,000,000.00 specifically in software factory services, application development or testing in the last decade.
Key Personnel Required:
The selected firm must have a highly qualified team:
- Project Manager: Qualified professional with at least 8 years of experience in management of ICT projects or software factories.
- Quality Control Leader: Professional with at least 4 years of experience as a senior analyst or QA/testing leader, including one year in testing factories and training in tools such as Selenium or JMeter.
The tender will be conducted in accordance with the IDB's single-stage, two-envelope procedures. A margin of preference will be granted to national contractors.
