Execution of work: Temporary Relocation Plan (PRT) of the project "Improvement and expansion of the pedagogical higher education service in I.S.P.P. Azángaro, district of Azángaro – province of Azángaro – department of Puno"

Description

Peru, through the Ministry of Education (Executing Unit 118 - PMESTP), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the execution of temporary educational infrastructure works.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Execution of the works corresponding to the Temporary Relocation Plan (PRT) for the Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education (I.S.P.P.) Azángaro, in the department of Puno.

Execution time: The estimated time for construction is 120 days.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: The process is carried out in accordance with the National Public Bidding procedures provided for in the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Accreditation of financial capacity, average annual turnover in construction, as well as demonstration of general and specific experience in execution of works.

Margin of preference: No margin of economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The bidding documents in Spanish can be requested by email to the Executing Unit 118 (adquisiciones.pmestp@ue118.gob.pe) or consulted directly on the institutional web portal.

Delivery method: Bids must be sent in physical form and in a sealed envelope at the headquarters in San Isidro, Lima. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late proposals will be rejected.
