Description

Peru, through the Ministry of Education, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) aims to contract construction services to optimize the infrastructure of higher education in the region of La Libertad.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Comprehensive modernization and improvement of the academic training service for the professional schools of Systems Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering within the National University of Trujillo.

Execution time: The estimated time for the total development and commissioning of the works is 450 days.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Bidders must certify compliance with the standards required in Section III of the bases: legal eligibility, history of contractual compliance, financial strength, specific technical expertise, suitability of key personnel and availability of machinery.

Margin of preference: No economic advantage will be granted to contractors or associations (APCA) of national origin.

Award process: The contracting entity will implement negotiation stages prior to the final award of the contract.

Guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement.

Proposal management and delivery
Access to the bases: The complete set of the Bidding Documents (SDO) is in Spanish and can be downloaded digitally on the web portal of Executing Unit 118 or requested in writing.

Presentation modality: Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and in physical form to the Selection Committee in San Isidro, Lima. The receipt of bids by electronic means will not be accepted and untimely packages will be rejected.
