Description
The Federative Republic of Brazil received funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Parintins Integrated Sanitation Program (Prosai Parintins), allocating part of these resources to structuring interventions aimed at improving the quality of life and environmental sustainability in the Amazonian municipality.
The Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE), through the Igarapés Project Management Unit of Manaus, invites eligible bidders for the execution of complex engineering works. The project focuses on the recovery of degraded areas and the efficient management of rainwater, with an estimated construction period of 24 months.
Engineering services include:
Environmental Recovery: Interventions to restore local ecosystems affected by urban growth.
Urban Requalification: Creation of infrastructure for public use, integrating sanitation and leisure.
Rainwater Management: Implementation of drainage systems to prevent flooding and manage rainfall runoff.
Location: All interventions will be carried out in the city of Parintins, Amazonas, following the time zone of Manaus (AM) for all deadlines.
The bidding will be conducted by the National Public Bidding (LPN) modality. Eligibility requirements require the submission of an Offer Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of R$1,103,631.18. Companies can participate individually or under a Joint Venture/Consortium regime. Proposals must be delivered physically in Manaus by April 28, 2026.
