Execution of engineering works and services for the construction of housing and institutional equipment within the scope of Prosai Parintins

Brazil, through the Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Parintins Integrated Sanitation Program - Prosai Parintins". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) aims to select companies for the execution of housing and institutional infrastructure in the state of Amazonas.

Scope of works and services
Project objective: Execution of engineering works and services for the construction of housing and institutional equipment in the city of Parintins, Amazonas.

Execution time: The estimated time for the development and completion of the works is 18 months.

Presentation modality: Proposals must be closed and delivered strictly physically at the facilities of the Special Bidding Subcommittee (SUBCEL/CSC) in Manaus. Offers by electronic means will not be allowed.

Eligibility requirements and conditions
Procurement Guidelines: The process will be governed in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Goods and Works Financed by the IDB (GN-2349-15).

Participation and consortia: The bidding is open to all bidders from eligible countries. Competitors may submit proposals individually or organized in Joint-Venture and/or Consortium.

Bid Bond: All bids submitted must be accompanied by an Offer Maintenance Bond in the amount of BRL 1,235,708.13.
