Description
The Federative Republic of Brazil has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Sustainable Basic Sanitation Program In Joinville - Prosaj" and will allocate part of these funds to the contracting of consulting services.
The services consist of the construction of the Piraí Sul Water Treatment Plant (ETA), as part of the sustainable basic sanitation program in Joinville. The estimated construction time for the execution of the works is 64 months.
Companhia Águas de Joinville invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the execution of this project.
The selection will be carried out in accordance with the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures of two envelopes, established in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (edition applicable according to the Loan Agreement).
Firms from eligible countries may participate. The technical and financial qualification requirements are detailed in the request for proposals document. All bids must be accompanied by an Offer Maintenance Bond in the amount of BRL $211,437,739.35.
Proposals must be sent in physical format to the address of Companhia Águas de Joinville. Electronic proposals will not be allowed.
