Equipment for the replacement of terminals with energy efficiency labelling

Description

Argentina, through the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Digital Agenda of the Buenos Aires Health System" program. This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the renewal of computer equipment.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of computer equipment (computers) for the replacement of terminals, which must have energy efficiency labeling.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: The process is governed by the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures established in the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Financial capacity: Presentation of the financial statements corresponding to the last three (3) closed financial years.

Experience required:

Prove at least five (5) years of experience in the provision and/or commercialization of computer equipment or similar goods.

Demonstrate the cumulative provision of goods similar to those offered through a maximum of three (3) contracts executed in the last three (3) years.

Technical requirements and authorization: Documentation that proves compliance with the technical and functional specifications, together with the Manufacturer's Authorization if the bidder is not the direct producer.

Margin of preference: No margin of economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required Guarantee: It is mandatory to accompany the proposal with a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of USD 71,050.00.

Management and submission of bids

Delivery method: Bids must be submitted physically and in a sealed envelope at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health of the CABA. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late proposals will be rejected. The public opening ceremony will be held in person with the option of online transmission.
