The Sustainable Forest Management Project is requiring equipment for Geolocation and Communications.
Qualification requirements include: Legal Constitution of the Company, Manufacturer 's Authorization, Declaration of maintaining security of supply , among others . It will not grant a margin of preference for domestic contractors or consortia.
Tenders must be delivered to the address below no later than 2:00 pm (official time of the Republic of Honduras) of 28 October 2019 . Electronic bids are not allowed. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend in person at the address at the end of this call, at 2:00 pm (official time of the Republic of Honduras)) October 28 2019 .
