Epidemiological manager

Description

The Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Argentina), through the Ministry of Health of the GCBA, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Digital Agenda of the Buenos Aires Health System" program. This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the development and implementation of a comprehensive epidemiological management software.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Development, testing, implementation, knowledge transfer, production and support of a software platform for the management of epidemiological lists.

Strategic components:

Reengineering of epidemiological management processes at the jurisdictional level.

Consolidation of an interoperable data architecture and standardization of data integrations between subsystems.

Implementation of specialized and scalable software for comprehensive epidemiological management.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Legal authorization: Presentation of a copy of the incorporation documents that prove the legal and administrative authorization of the firm to provide services.

Relevant experience: Documentation certifying the performance of similar services, experience in similar organizational conditions and infrastructures, as well as brochures or other materials that support their operational capability.

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection made in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Modalities of participation: The nomination of individual firms, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of subcontractors is allowed.

Delivery method: Receipt of expressions of interest in writing at the entity's offices (Avenida Rivadavia 524, PB, Oficina 12, CABA) or through authorized electronic means.
