Description
Panama, through the Ministry of Social Development (in coordination with SENADIS), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Social Inclusion Program for Persons with Disabilities in Panama". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the logistical coordination of training at the national level.
Scope of Service
Main objective: Comprehensive logistical coordination service for the realization of training workshops at the national level focused on the use and analysis of data from the Second National Disability Survey (ENDIS-2).
Purpose: To strengthen social inclusion and improve the processes of formulation, design and implementation of public policies.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: National Public Bidding (LPN) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.
Evaluation criteria: Technical and legal evaluation in accordance with the conditions and parameters stipulated in the Request for Bid Document.
Margin of preference: No margin of economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).
Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.
Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The specifications in Spanish are available by email and published in the PanamáCompra system (Version No. 3).
Delivery modality: Physical presentation of proposals in a sealed envelope at the headquarters in Ancón, Panama City (without electronic reception), with a public opening ceremony in person or online.
