The IDB intends to contract services to Document the experience of forming CODELESTE and its impact on the regional development of Alto Paraná in a publishable book, in order to offer a model of good practices to replicate the advice and lessons learned in other regions of the country
Consulting services include:
- Analyze the regional context in which CODELESTE develops
- Document CODELESTE's formation experience, its history and antecedents, motivation and its institutionalization process.
- Describe the institutional aspects of the council such as organizational structure, manuals and statutes, code of ethics, functioning, governance, articulation with other institutions, etc.
- List the emblematic initiatives and activities carried out.
- Analyze the impact of CODEDLESTE on the development of Alto Paraná.
- Make recommendations for the formation of other development councils in other regions of the country.
- Develop a roadmap for strengthening CODELESTE.
- Collect evidence and testimonies of CODELESTE's actions.
