Description
The Republic of Panama has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank to partially finance the cost of the Panama Bay and Sanitation Program II, and it is proposed to use part of the funds from this loan to make payments under the “Diagnosis, Cleaning , Improvements and Design for the Rehabilitation of the Las Lajas and Santa Rita Collectors and the Rogelio Sinán Subcollector ”.
Qualification requirements include meeting the conditions established in the Bidding Document. No Margin of Preference will be granted to contractors or national JVs. More details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
Due to the declared national emergency situation and the security measures adopted by the competent authorities, at the end of the proposal submission period, the opening ceremony may be carried out virtually and in person, using the available technological means, thus creating a stable online session that allows the contribution of observations verbally or in writing by the proponents and comments by the bidding entity.
