Description
Argentina, through the Ministry of Health of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Digital Agenda of the Buenos Aires Health System" program. This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the realization of a diagnosis of electrical backup needs.
Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Survey, analysis and preparation of the technical documentation necessary for the subsequent contracting of electrical adaptation solutions.
Target infrastructure: Electrical installations that feed the computer and data systems in the health facilities dependent on the Ministry of Health of the City of Buenos Aires.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Legal and administrative authorization: Presentation of a copy of the documents of incorporation of the firm and accreditation of the corresponding authorization.
Accredited experience: Demonstration of previous performance of similar services, experience under identical conditions, and similar organizational capabilities.
Documentary support: Presentation of institutional brochures and all relevant documentation that supports the qualifications of the consultant.
Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants (GN-2350-15) for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.
Modalities of participation: The nomination of individual firms, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of sub-consultants is allowed.
Delivery method: Sending written expressions of interest in physical format (electronic bids are not allowed).
