Description
The services to be contracted include: the development of an interactive platform for the use of the early childhood spaces included in the "National Early Childhood Plan", through which the caregivers who work in said spaces can access theoretical content, graphics and audiovisuals, linked to various themes aimed at promoting the integral development of boys and girls in their early years.
This interactive platform must be accompanied by the development of an app and a backend website, allowing access to be through all types of mobile device and access even in places with weak internet access. Likewise, once the three products are implemented, the consulting services must also include training for the personnel of the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation.
The Ministry of Social Development invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing the requested services. Interested consultants should provide information indicating that they are qualified and experienced to provide the indicated services.
