Guyana Water Inc. invites eligible individual consultants to express their interest in developing a Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Action Plan and providing technical support for its implementation. The assignment will have a duration of 14 months.
Candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree, at least seven years of experience in water utility operations, NRW reduction and water-distribution network management, and at least six years of specific experience in IWA/AWWA water-balance analysis, water-loss assessment and NRW reduction strategies. Experience in DMA design and monitoring, physical and commercial loss reduction, monitoring tools, staff training and work with water utilities in the Caribbean or Latin America will also be considered.
Selection will follow IDB policies for individual consultants. Consultants may not associate with other consultants or firms through a joint venture or subconsultancy. All information must be submitted in English.
