Description

The Inter-American Development Bank is looking to hire a consulting firm to develop an end-to-end conversational AI solution. The objective is to guide financial intermediaries in the structuring of sustainable agriculture and Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) projects, ensuring their alignment with technical regulations and the Sustainable Taxonomy of Mexico.

1. Functional capabilities of the agent
Explanation of financing: Resolve doubts about FIRA's products, eligibility criteria and procedures through precise technical-financial and agronomic language.

Identification of investment concepts: Analyze project descriptions (text or documents) to automatically map them with the official catalog of EbA investment concepts.

Adjustment recommendations: Generate actionable and justified suggestions when a project requires improvements to comply with FIRA's adaptation practices.

2. Architecture and technical security
Knowledge base: Implementation of an RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or fine-tuning strategy on FIRA's documentary, regulatory and operational corpus.

Data privacy: Encryption of information in transit and at rest, strictly complying with the LFPDPPP. The system will include authentication by user profile and full traceability.

User interface: Development of an intuitive web/mobile platform that allows natural language queries, file uploads and export of PDF recommendations.

3. Execution and transfer phases
Diagnosis and design: Workshops with technical teams and financial institutions to define the architecture and the map of the agent's capabilities.

Development and integration: Construction of the vectorized knowledge base and connection with institutional information systems.

Validation and training: Execution of pilot tests with real users, iterative adjustments and total transfer of knowledge and source code to the FIRA team.

Note: Interested companies should review the registration requirements on the BEO Bidder Portal.
