Design of ProSalta's institutional strategy

Description

The Argentine Republic has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Productive and Export Development Program of the Province of Salta and will use part of the funds to finance consulting services. The operation is AR-L1386 and the loan agreement is 5824/OC-AR.

The Ministry of Economy and Public Services of the Province of Salta, through the Program Executing Unit, invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in the design of ProSalta's Institutional Strategic Plan, with a focus on productive development, export promotion, investment attraction, knowledge economy and internationalization. The request is AR-L1386-P00090 (publication IDB-5824OCAR-P00090-EOI).

The services include a comprehensive institutional diagnosis; definition of strategic positioning and operating model; design of planning, monitoring and evaluation systems with digital support; development of a new portfolio of specialized services; and formulation of short-term strategic projects. A roadmap will also be developed to modernize the management of ProSalta.

Experience of the last ten years in projects of similar complexity will be valued, especially in diagnosis and design of institutional strategies for productive development, foreign trade and investment organizations. Firms may participate individually, in joint ventures or with subcontractors. The selection will be made through Selection Based on the Qualifications of Consultants (SCC).
