Design and implementation of the communication strategy

Description

The project's general objective of the Program is to improve the quality of life of the riverside population of the southern area of the city of Asunción.

The specific objectives are:

• the construction of low-income housing and quality urban infrastructure in the Tacumbú neighborhood under sustainable urban planning standards.
• the environmental recovery of lagoons, streams and wetlands and the protection of natural buffer zones.
• the generation of conditions of economic and institutional sustainability and improvement of the adaptive capacity of families. 

The objective of the ECPS is to strengthen social participation, communication and attention to complaints and claims of the program that cover the following processes:

• representative and inclusive consultation and participation processes
• information and communication management processes
• processes of attention and resolution of complaints associated with the impacts of the projects.

 The MOPC invites consulting firms that have at least 7 years of experience in the market and experience of at least 5 years in work related to this consultancy, to express interest in providing the consulting service that is the object of this call. Interested parties must provide documentation and information to assess their qualification to provide the Services.

Consultants may partner with other firms to improve their qualifications. For the purposes of establishing the short list, the nationality of the firm will be that of the country in which it is legally constituted or incorporated and in the case of joint ventures, it will be the nationality of the firm that is designated as representative. To do this, they must submit Form 6 - Letter of Intent for Consortium Formation. The MOPC, based on the information provided with the Expression of Interest, will make up a Short List of Consulting Firms and / or Consortiums of Consulting Firms.
