Design and construction of the integral drinking water and sewerage system of Zarumilla and Aguas Verdes – Stage 03, Section 3.1

Description

The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Investment Project, Improvement and Expansion of the Drinking Water, Sanitary Sewerage and Wastewater Treatment Service in the districts of Zarumilla and Aguas Verdes of the province of Zarumilla, department of Tumbes, and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is PE-L1256 and the loan agreement is 5737/OC-PE.
The National Urban Sanitation Program, through the IDB Program and Project Management Unit, invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the design and construction of Stage 03: Integrated Drinking Water and Sewerage System of Zarumilla and Aguas Verdes – Section 3.1 (CUI 2561234). The contract will be a single responsibility to a lump sum and will have a total design and construction period of 790 calendar days. The request for proposal is PE-L1256-P00062 (publication IDB-5737OCPE-P00062-SPN).
Procurement will be carried out through International Public Bidding in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB and is open to bidders from eligible countries. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs. Bids must include a Statement of Bid Maintenance and electronic submission is permitted.
