Design and construction of civil works, supply, assembly and commissioning of vitrified steel tanks for the Opico and Colombia nodes, Northern Zone System

Description

The Republic of El Salvador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Program to Strengthen the Water and Sanitation Sector in El Salvador and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is ES-L1152 and the loan agreement is 5577/OC-ES.
The National Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers (ANDA) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the design and construction of civil works, supply, assembly and commissioning of vitrified steel tanks for the Opico and Colombia nodes of the Northern Zone System. The execution period is 12 months.
The procurement will be carried out through National Public Bidding in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Goods and Works financed by the IDB. Financial capacity, liquid assets and specific experience as a main contractor are required, in addition to specialized technical personnel and availability of the minimum equipment required for each site.
No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs. Bids must include a Bid Maintenance Statement and electronic submission is not permitted.
