Contracting of works for the construction of a parking building with universal accessibility for PWD and solar power generation system

Description

El Salvador, through the Autonomous Executive Port Commission (CEPA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "El Salvador International Airport Modernization Program". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the construction of a parking building at the country's main air terminal.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Construction of the infrastructure of the parking building at the San Óscar Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez International Airport of El Salvador.

Key components: The work incorporates universal accessibility criteria for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and integration of a solar energy generation system.

Estimated term: 15 months.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with the requirements defined in Section III (Evaluation and Qualification Criteria) of the bidding rules.

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The complete documents and the technical folder in Spanish are requested in writing via email (adquisiciones.pmaies@cepa.gob.sv), providing the name of the representative, company, email and contact telephone number.

Delivery modality: Physical presentation of proposals in a sealed envelope at CEPA's facilities (Torre Roble Building, Metrocentro, San Salvador). Electronic bids are not allowed. The opening of proposals will take place in a face-to-face and virtual public event.
