Contracting for the renovation of WiFi network infrastructure of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services of the Province of Buenos Aires

Description

The Argentine Republic, through the Province of Buenos Aires, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Program to Strengthen the Management Capacity of the Province of Buenos Aires and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is AR-L1272 and the loan agreement is 4435/OC-AR.

The Provincial Directorate of Sectoral and Special Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the renovation of their WiFi network infrastructure. The contract includes the supply of two WLAN controllers, 16 switches, 178 WiFi 7 access points, transceivers, cabling and materials, as well as installation, configuration, integration, testing, documentation and training services.

Contracting will be carried out through National Public Bidding (LPN), in accordance with IDB policies. Bidders must quote the entire single lot, without admitting partial bids, and prove financial capacity, technical experience, local support and manufacturer's warranty. The maximum delivery period for the equipment will be 90 calendar days, followed by a maximum additional period of 90 days for its installation, integration and commissioning.

No national margin of preference will be granted. Bids must include a Bid Maintenance Guarantee of ARS 15,146,000 and be submitted physically, without the possibility of electronic submission.
