Contracting process of consulting services for the supervision of the parking lot building including solar power generation system

Description

The Republic of El Salvador has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the El Salvador International Airport Modernization Program and intends to use a portion of the funds for consulting services contracts. The executing agency, the Autonomous Executive Port Commission (CEPA), invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in supervising the construction project of the "Parking Building at El Salvador San Óscar Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez International Airport", which includes a solar power generation system.

Scope of the consultancy
The services are part of the Transport sector and include:

- Construction supervision: Supervision of the construction project of the parking building at the San Óscar Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez International Airport of El Salvador.

- Energy component: Inclusion of supervision of the solar power generation system.

Qualification Requirements
The selection will be made in accordance with the IDB's Consulting Policies:

- Short list: A list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible signatures will be formed.

- Partnerships: Consultants may partner with other firms in the form of a joint venture or include them as subcontractors.

- Evidence of ability: Applicants must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide the services.
