Contracting of consulting services for the administration and execution of Ecatef neighborhood road projects

The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing comprehensive support to the Program Executing Unit (UEP-DCV-MOPC) in the administration, execution, monitoring and control of neighborhood road projects.
Services include the provision of specialized personnel; operational, logistical and technological support; design review and support for the supervision of works; fiduciary and contractual management; planning, procurement and compliance with IDB requirements; preparation of management instruments and reports; and institutional strengthening and training.
Firms must demonstrate experience in management consulting and/or management of infrastructure investment projects financed by multilateral organizations, including similar services of more than US$1 million and projects or programs of at least US$75 million. Experience in Latin America will be an asset. Selection will be through Quality and Cost-Based Selection (SBCC) and participation through APCA or consortium is allowed.
