Contracting of a company for the construction of 4 Ubsi Macro Extremo Sul - Group 8

Description

Brazil, through the Secretary of Health of the State of Bahia (SESAB), received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program to Strengthen the SUS in the State of Bahia - PROSUS II. The project is essential to expand the primary care network, ensuring modern facilities that allow equitable access to health and improve the quality of life of local populations.

Scope of works
The project is inserted in the Health sector and focuses on the expansion of the physical infrastructure of hospitals and basic care:

- Infrastructure: Comprehensive civil construction of 4 integrated health units, designed to offer multiple basic care services.

- Schedule: The estimated time for the completion of the works is 9 months after the start order.

- Location: The works are concentrated in Group 8, covering municipalities in the Extreme South of Bahia macro-region.

Qualification and process requirements
The bidding will follow the National Public Bidding (LPN) rite in two envelopes, with deferred opening of the financial proposal, according to IDB policies (GN-2349-15):

- Qualification: Bidders must strictly comply with the technical and financial capacity requirements detailed in the Term of Reference of the Tender Protocol.

- Maintenance of the Offer: All proposals must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
