Description
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is executing a project to strengthen knowledge in the natural resources monitoring center of the National Environmental Licensing Authority - ANLA in Colombia under financing CO-T1643. For this operation, the IDB intends to contract consulting services for the Strengthening of environmental governance in the environmental licensing process.
The consulting services are aimed at carrying out the necessary actions to develop a training plan in data analytics and environmental modeling required to strengthen the ANLA Monitoring Center. The estimated term is twelve (12) months.
The consulting firm is expected to perform:
- Training Work Plan
- Training tools: virtual platforms or face-to-face spaces for conducting training and/or workshops. In case of being face-to-face, they must be carried out at the ANLA facilities, coordinating in advance, guaranteeing the materials (presentations, guides, software, etc.) necessary to develop the training and/or workshops.
- Carrying out trainings and/or workshops: In the trainings, evaluation spaces must be generated that allow verifying the appropriation of the knowledge of ANLA professionals, at least one per course. These spaces should be short and use interactive tools.
- Training and/or workshop reports: The training and/or workshops will be recorded by the consultant and delivered to the ANLA to carry out subsequent training processes within the entity. Deliver a summary document with the memories of the training sessions.
