Description
The general objective of the consultancy is to structure the loss and demand management plan in 4 aqueducts and sewer providers, in line with the guidance in Annex I of CRA resolution 688 of 2014. The consultancy will support each company in classifying its water consumption and losses according to the Water Balance matrix proposed by the International Water Association (IWA). Based on this knowledge, detailed action plans will be formulated, aimed at reducing losses and improving management by the provider, and selected pilot actions will be implemented for each company.
