The general objective of this consultancy is to boost the competitiveness of the tourism sector in the selected Departments and Municipalities through Tourism Development Plans (PDT) designed and validated with public and private actors, representative of each territory.
The services of the consultancy include:
- Prepare a Tourism Development Plan for each selected territory, including the diagnosis of the tourism sector and strategies with the lines of action that will enable the competitive management of the sector.
- Prepare a Methodological Guide for the development of tourism development plans, which allows identifying the steps necessary to carry out a Tourism Development Plan.
