Description
Consulting services - Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) - to Implement and Manage Youth Centers (CRJ), one in the municipality of Vila Velha-ES, and another in the municipality of Serra-ES.
a) Consultants who are interested in participating in the bidding process for the provision of the stated services must submit a MANIFESTATION OF INTEREST. The Short List phase will comprise Legal qualification, Tax and labor regularity, and Technical qualification.
b) Foreign consultants that do not operate in the country will meet, as far as possible, the qualification requirements, by providing equivalent documents authenticated by their respective Consulates and translated by a sworn translator, and must also indicate the representatives in the country to receive citations and to respond administratively and judicially. We may waive the need to have documents authenticated by their respective Consulate when proven the existence of an international agreement that releases it.
