Consulting services to develop an interoperable platform: PPRI Amazonia

Description

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is calling for consulting firms to strengthen and give continuity to Findeter's Regional Investment Project Prioritization Strategy (PPRI) in the Colombian Amazon. The objective is to stabilize and operate a public and interoperable platform that improves access to information and strengthens the technical capacities of municipalities in the structuring and evaluation of investment projects.

1. Data architecture and technical interoperability
End-to-end solution: Design, development, implementation, testing and comprehensive technical support of the digital platform to ensure its optimal stability and operational performance.

Analytical strengthening: Strengthening of the data architecture and the analytical model through interoperable solutions with external territorial research tools.

Information security: Strict compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations defined within Findeter's technological standards.

2. Analytics capabilities and public microsite
Advanced prioritization: Optimization of the processes of filtering and analysis of project lists through analytical tools associated with investment and financing.

Findeter Microsite: Publication of a publicly accessible and easy-to-navigate portal focused on the agile consultation of indicators, indexes and project databases in the Amazon region.

Strengthening managers: Design of interactive interfaces that serve as a technical tool to improve the training of local project formulators.

Basis for observatory: Technical structuring of the system to act as the basis of a second-generation observatory focused on territorial and sectoral analytical products.

3. Sustainability and governance of the system
Periodic update: Design of operational strategies for the systematic renewal of information on indices, indicators and project portfolios in the Amazon.

Institutional roadmap: Formulation of a medium- and long-term scalability and sustainability plan aligned with the entity's capabilities and requirements.
