Consulting services to conduct a study on hospital pre-investment are required to build an urgent care and trauma hospital in Tegucigalpa, Honduras are required.
The consulting services ("the services") include: The study must begin with an initial diagnosis on the network's response ability, identifying problems in providing the services, and propose optimization measures. This study must also be aligned with the main components considered in preparing investment projects for hospitales indicated in the "Guide for Preparation of Pre-investment in Hospitals Studies", focused on technical and financial criteria, and include methodologies that contemplate sanitation requirements and supply optimization, necessary resources (personnel, equipment, operations costs) to deliver the services and organization and management models that ensure adequate management and support for the hospital.
The estimated length of this contract is 180 days. Eligible consulting firms will be selection based on IDB protocol established in: Policies for the Selection and Contracting of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2350-9. All consulting firms are eligible and may express interest, as defined in the policy. If the consulting firm is presented in consortium, one of them must be the designated representative, and will be responsible for all communications, portal registry, and for sending corresponding documentation.
