Description
The consulting services include two different implementations, on the one hand, referred to the regulatory accounting through the development of Guides to be used by providers of drinking water and sanitation services both provincial and municipal for the implementation of an accounting system regulatory framework integrated into a cost accounting system; and on the other hand, what refers to the tariff system, through the preparation of a Guide for provincial and municipal providers and regulators for the development and implementation of a tariff system. It is expected that both jobs will be completed within 12 months of the start of the service.
