Consulting service for the elaboration of the methodology for the development of strategies for supervision in the EST, intervention action 1.8 of the investment project of component 1 of the PMESTP

Peru has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education services at the national level". In this framework, the Ministry of Education invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing services for the "Elaboration of the methodology for the development of strategies for supervision in the EST, intervention action 1.8 of the investment project of component 1 of the PMESTP" (SCC PE-L1268-P00638).

The services include the design of said methodology, and the short lists for contracting will be made up of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible firms. Interested firms may join forces (Joint Venture) or include subcontractors in order to improve their qualifications, the nationality of the association being defined by the firm that is designated as representative.

The selection will be carried out in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (GN-2350-15). Interested parties must provide information demonstrating the qualifications required and experience relevant to the service, and must send their expressions of interest in writing via email or in printed format to the corresponding address.
