Consulting service for the development of a main video and a high-impact summary video of the Biobusiness Program

Description

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in coordination with the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM) of Peru and the Biobusiness Program, invites specialized suppliers to submit proposals for the audiovisual and photographic production of high-impact promotional material in the San Martín region, focused on making visible the real stories of beneficiaries and the impact of financing on their businesses and quality of life.

1. Objectives and technical scope
Main video (3 min): Produce a video in landscape format and 4K quality (maximum 3 minutes, subtitled) that presents the results of the program, including aerial drone shots in a minimum of 2 locations.

Video summary for networks (1 min): Develop a version with vertical cut (maximum 1 minute, subtitled) optimized for dissemination on digital platforms and social networks.

Photography and raw material service: Deliver a catalog of at least 70 unedited photographs and 35 photographs edited in high resolution (distributed in 7 locations), as well as all the recorded mother material and the image rights authorization forms.

2. Key Activities and Field Logistics
Planning and script: Present the detailed schedule of activities within 4 calendar days of the start of the consultancy and review the technical proposal of the script together with the MINAM team.

Filming in the San Martín region: Conduct interviews and field shots in 7 specified locations within the San Martín region (3 financial institutions in urban areas and 4 biobusinesses in rural/rural areas).

Autonomous operational deployment: Comprehensively manage transportation, lighting equipment and energy support for recordings in remote areas without access to the electricity grid or subject to adverse weather conditions (rain/cloudy days).

3. Editing, post-production and deliverables
Identity and post-production: Editing, colorization, audio mixing with royalty-free music and inclusion of the graphic identity and branding manual of MINAM and the Government of Peru (being able to incorporate material from the program's image bank from other Amazonian regions).

Quality Reviews: Consider up to 3 rounds of final product review at no additional cost prior to final delivery.
