Description
Its execution is expected to take place over a period of 4.5 years. Its objective is to improve the effectiveness of the institutional management of the DPC, which implies (i) increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of institutional management; (ii) improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided by the DPC; and (iii) strengthen accountability and citizen participation. The aforementioned represents an effort to improve the institutional capacity of the DPC in a transversal manner, making available new models and management tools that support missionary functions.
