Description
Academic credentials
- Professional degree or equivalent academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Psychology, Communication, or related, of at least 8 (eight) semesters in duration.
- It will be positively evaluated that the applicant has courses and postgraduate courses in related subjects.
General Experience
- At least 7 (seven) years of work experience in Organizational Change Management, in projects with a strong technological component.
Specific Experience
- At least 5 (five) years of experience in Change Management associated with Technological Transformation projects.
- At least 5 (five) years of experience in Change Management in the Public Sector. Particularly in a project with a strong information technology component.
- The projects that will be considered must have a duration of at least one year and a half and an investment amount of US $ 500,000.
