Consulting for the maintenance and implementation of improvements to repower the green reporting platform

Description

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in coordination with MINAM, is seeking to hire a firm for the maintenance and repowering of the Reporte Verde digital platform. The objective is to guarantee a scalable, secure and accessible tool that facilitates the management of the Biobusiness Program in Peru, adapting to various connectivity conditions and devices.

1. Migration and functional update

- Platform transfer: Execution of the migration process from the current provider to the new consulting firm, guaranteeing secure storage and uninterrupted functionality.

- New eligibility criteria: Functional and design update to integrate exclusion and eligibility criteria of the Biobusiness Program, optimizing the interface to make it more user-friendly and accessible.

2. Technical support and technology transfer

- Environment testing: System validation across browsers and operating systems, with special emphasis on operation under conditions of limited connectivity.

- Documentation and code: Delivery of complete technical documentation, including system architecture, flowcharts and the source code of the developed modules.

- Transfer to MINAM: Specialized technical support for the delivery of the platform to the Ministry of the Environment, ensuring compatibility with its computer systems and programming languages.

3. Training and continuous improvement

- Differentiated manuals: Design of specific user guides for administrators, applicants and validators.

- Incident management: Continuous technical support and training to the technical team responsible for the administration and preventive maintenance of the platform.
